Look, we’re looking for a marketer who’s good at copywriting, video, and automation. It’s not a boring “Marketing Manager” we’re after.
No vanilla here.
We are looking for a powerful Full-Stack Marketer who can do it all, who can think, execute, and perform across multiple channels like a one-person growth team.
AI know how is a must.
Your English must be native. Nothing less.
If you can take full ownership of Bluethrone’s content, from email campaigns and social media to in-app promotions and employer branding, and CREATE RESULTS - you’re interesting for us.

It’s combining creative thinking, real-world copywriting experience, creating viral social media videos with data-driven decision-making and marketing automations to deliver high-impact content that elevates our brand and drives engagement, actions and moolah across platforms.

What you’ll be doing
• Move the needle - Full ownership of content creation and management for BlueThrone, including email marketing, videos, reports, dashboards, website, and LinkedIn content.
• Develop and manage email marketing for our apps (apps serve different personas)
• Collaborate with SEO experts to optimize web performance.
• Strategically research and create brand awareness across relevant media and communities and meaningful connections.
• Write compelling newsletters (3x weekly) to engage indie app developers.
• Create daily posts/week for BlueThrone’s LinkedIn page, maintaining a strong brand voice.
• Develop weekly email marketing campaigns for our big apps (3X).
• Support the People Team in crafting Employer Branding content, including weekly nurture campaigns and culture-driven materials.
• Create & test marketing automations that replace manual tasks & save time.
• You’ve produced short-form videos from idea to publish, with results to show.
What you’ll need to succeed
• 5+ years HANDS ON experience in copywriting, with a focus on email marketing content creation and management. You really have to be a powerful copywriter with expertise in different fields, can’t stress this enough.
• You’ve planned, shot, edited, and published short-form video content, ideally for social media campaigns with performance behind them.
• You must be able to sell things through your words.
• Able to design simple stuff yourself, like photos for emails, screenshots, etc.
• Strategic thinker and tactical doer with an obsession for persuasion to the masses.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and MANAGE YOURSELF. No micromanagement here. You’re 100% required to be at your top performance without having to be “supervised” daily or even weekly.
• You use AI to move faster across copy, visuals, video, and automations.
• You’ve built automations using tools like Zapier, Make (n8n is a plus).
• Native-level English only. If you hesitate writing in English, it’s an issue.
*Fluency in additional languages (e.g., Spanish, German) is a plus.
• Experience in remote, multicultural teams is highly valued. Remote 100% might sound like fun, but it is only fun for some.
Serious Bonus points
• You’ve converted millions of email readers into buyers in the consumer space, either digital products, e-commerce or da best - consumer apps.
You’ve studied direct response copywriting and marketing unofficially and built yourself from zero to hero somewhere on the internet. Our “friends” are ppl like Dean Jackson, Russel Brunson, Dan Kennedy and Alex Hormozi.

After reviewing your application, our People Team will reach out if your profile aligns with what we're looking for.
1. First Round: A 30-minute call with our People Team to get to know you, share more about the role, and assess initial fit.
2. Second Round: A 1-hour interview with our Marketing Manager to dive deeper into your experience, motivation, and marketing expertise.
3. Third Round: A discussion with our Head of People and Head of M&A&BD focused on your ideas for employer branding and marketing strategy at Bluethrone.
4. Live Challenge: Join our CMO for a collaborative, real-time marketing challenge designed to highlight your creativity, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
5. Onsite Visit: A final in-person meeting at our office to meet more of the team and get a feel for our culture and workspace.
